With concerns about job safety and workplace productivity ever growing, Health Resources actively partners with employers to ensure a drug- and alcohol-free workplace. Whether the workplace is substance-free on a voluntary or federally mandated basis, we work with employers to create customized, regulatory-compliant testing for pre-placement, random, reasonable cause, post-accident, return-to-duty, and follow-up applications.
We value the sensitive nature of drug and alcohol testing and the confidential method in which it is processed. We employ six certified medical review officers (MROs) to review and evaluate every positive drug test result.
Our services in this area encompass substance abuse prevention and education. We assist employers with writing policies, developing procedures, and training employees and supervisors, while providing a single Health Resources point of contact to ensure efficient account management.
